All prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK), or another currency if this is clearly indicated in the offer or confirmation. Added governmental tax may apply. This is according to the tax laws that apply at any given time.

Force Majeure Event
​
The performance of Protocol47 is subject to termination without liability upon the occurrence of any circumstance beyond the control of either party- such as acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes (except those involving the employees or agents of the party seeking the protection of this clause), civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilities – to the extent that such circumstance makes it illegal or impossible to provide or use the hotels and services in Norway. The ability to terminate an agreement without liability pursuant to this paragraph is conditioned upon delivery of written notice to the other party setting forth the basis for such termination as soon as reasonably practical- but in no event longer than ten (10) days.

Choice of law and legal venue
​
Our company terms are to be regulated by Norwegian law, and in disputes, a Norwegian court will be used as legal venue.
