Here, you can do everything, and you can do nothing.

Mountains alive with hiking, firelit nights, spring flowing water and winter borealis skies. Move freely, rest fully.

Hike living mountains, enjoy firelit evenings, soak in spring-fed waters, and watch winter skies glow with the aurora.

In winter, join us for a magical guided hike into the national park. Sink into soft heather as we serve fresh coffee brewed over an open fire, with only the hum of bees and the gentle trickle of a mountain stream nearby.

Or choose something just as unforgettable: the weather, wild, dramatic, ever-changing. Inside, your own cozy retreat awaits. Firewood crackles in the fireplace while nature performs beyond the windows: fierce winds and fresh snow swirling in a powerful dance. They call it: Snowstorm.

All around you are mountain lakes, towering peaks, and vast high plateaus stretching to the horizon. And above it all, one of Norway’s largest glaciers rises into view: Hardangerjøkulen.
